Job Description

Our client, a top-tier commercial bank and one of Africa’s largest financial institutions, is seeking to recruit Product Pricing, Revenue Assurance & Process Automation Analysts to join its team in Nairobi. The role is responsible for automating loan pricing validation, revenue assurance controls, customer journeys, and insight dashboards, while also supporting workflow simplification, solution design, and go-to-market execution across Business and Commercial Banking products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing & Governance Enablement

Automate pricing compliance dashboards and daily pricing validations across loans, deposits, and fees
Automate revenue assurance controls for loans, deposits, and fees to identify leakage and margin erosion
Automate inputs for governance and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Develop and maintain product profitability dashboards and portfolio analytics
Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation, controls, and validation logs

Develop dashboards to support governance committee meetings, including:

Preferentially priced customer monitoring
Product profitability and scheme loan tracking
Fees and excise duty collection and reconciliation

Maintain quarterly competitor pricing benchmarks to inform pricing strategy
Develop pricing audit trails and data governance controls

2. Solutioning, Innovation & Digital Enablement

Develop a digital product knowledge hub for frontline teams
Design and develop digital lending journeys for key ecosystem customers
Automate customer-initiated digital loan origination and client journeys
Support conceptualization, design, development, and roll-out of strategic solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience in pricing analytics, revenue assurance, process automation, dashboards, controls, reporting, or banking product analysis will be an advantage
